Ontario Provincial Police Veterans' Association

Veterans Voice Network

Program Overview

The Veteran’s Voice Network (VVN) provides an ongoing, reliable way to monitor and support the physical and mental well-being of members of the Ontario Provincial Police Veterans’ Association.

The goal is to ensure that each quarter, any chapter member who has requested contact receives a well-being check from an assigned telephone volunteer. This system helps keep OPPVA members connected and provides an opportunity for any concerns to be heard and addressed.

The following is a list of start-up documents

    • Listen to OPPVA President Rob Pilon on OPPA 10-5 Podcast Episode 110 discuss the benefits and criteria of membership in the OPPVA, and a pilot project (Vet Watch) to regularly check in on retirees.
